Job Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our JustCare Homecare team. The role involves providing professional nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their medical, physical, and emotional needs are met with the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing interventions including medication administration, wound care, catheter management, and IV therapy.

• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, oxygen saturation) on a regular basis.

• Develop and follow personalized patient care plans in coordination with doctors and family members.

• Respond to emergency situations with proper medical protocols and ensure timely communication with healthcare providers.

• Assist with patient mobility, positioning, and fall prevention to ensure safety at home.

• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle management.

• Maintain accurate patient records and reports for follow-up and evaluation.

• Provide emotional support to patients and families, building trust and reassurance throughout the care process.

Requirements

Valid Nursing License/Registration (as per local authority regulations).

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in hospitals, clinics, or homecare settings.

• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods, procedures, and emergency protocols.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a homecare environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts and travel to patient homes as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric care, palliative care, or postpartum nursing is an added advantage.

• Training in first aid and critical care management.
